Requirements

• Significant experience in software engineering as a Senior Engineer or Technical Lead.
• Experience with Javascript technologies or Python.
• Direct client interaction and requirement gathering experience.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with test-driven development.
• Proficiency in version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Awareness of operational concerns (monitoring, performance testing, security).
• Strong empathy and people skills.
