• Lead a squad of 4-6 engineers in core engineering domains.
• Spend 60%+ of time writing production code and reviewing PRs.
• Own technical quality and delivery outcomes for the domain.
• Build AI-powered features and intelligent automation.
• Achieve an 85%+ sprint commitment rate for the squad.
• Establish automated testing standards for quality improvement.
• Document growth plans for each engineer on the squad.
• Participate in cross-squad collaboration for solution design.
• Coach the squad on effective AI adoption.
• Deliver measurable customer or business value through technical ownership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in engineering.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-squad collaboration.
• Commitment to code quality and clean design.
• Experience in delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
