• Seeking a full stack software engineer and technical lead.
• Responsible for managing the codebase and guiding implementation strategies.
• Act as a bridge between non-technical teams and external development vendors.
• Hands-on leadership role focused on solving complex problems.
• Mentor others and improve systems for increased velocity.
• Partner with product and UX leaders for technical feasibility.
• Manage vendor proposals and coordinate QA and CI/CD processes.
• Write and refactor code as needed for core system improvements.
• Support team members in articulating technical requests.
• Stay current on tools and technologies to improve systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer or technical lead.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React.
• Experience managing external vendors.
• Expertise in modern development practices including version control.
• Familiarity with deploying to multiple test environments.
• Experience with data security and APIs management.
• Strong systems architecture skills.
• Experience optimizing performance of complex web applications.
• Comfort with cloud infrastructure management.
