Product Lead - Remote

In Short

• Develop and execute multi-year product roadmaps for Bedsider, AbortionFinder, and potentially new products.
• Make strategic trade-offs around resource allocation, feature prioritization, and timelines.
• Present product updates and insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with a project manager to coordinate sprints and manage timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering team, designers, and external vendors.
• Oversee QA processes and ensure thorough testing prior to deployment.
• Supervise vendor relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate grant proposals and reporting.
• Track and report on key milestones for Bedsider and AbortionFinder.
• Champion user-centric design principles.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant work experience in product management and leadership.
• Proven success in creating and executing product roadmaps.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with product management tools such as Monday, Airtable, and Jira.
• Experience supporting creation of funding and grant proposals.
• Demonstrated ability in software development processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly adept at complex decision-making.
• A demonstrated commitment to health equity.
• Self-starter and organized leader.
