Product Lead - Remote

Overview

Ante Labs is building a protocol for onchain commitments and is seeking a Product Lead to help transform societal accountability in global trade.

In Short

• Own the feature roadmap from ideation through release.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers for seamless user experiences.
• Implement mobile-first UX design across products.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate ideas.
• 2+ years of product experience in a crypto startup environment.
• Experience launching user-facing products.
• Strong design sensibility and familiarity with UX design.
• Deep understanding of Web3/DeFi and ecosystem tools.
• Security-aware with a focus on privacy and safe UX.
• Remote-first mindset with experience in distributed teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product experience in a crypto startup environment, or a total of 4+ years working on product teams.
• Direct experience contributing to the launch and iteration of user-facing products (ideally from 0-1).
• Strong design sensibility and familiarity with UX design is a must.
• Deep understanding of Web3/DeFi, with fluency in ecosystem tools.
• Recognize the importance of privacy and safe UX.
• Remote-first mindset and experience working in a globally distributed team.
