In Short

• Lead the creation of high-impact, mission-aligned content.
• Manage and update website content, ensuring user experience improvements.
• Collaborate with teams across development, policy, and programs.
• Write and edit diverse formats including fundraising appeals and newsletters.
• Support creation of original English and Spanish content.
• Manage long-form content projects from concept through publication.
• Lead email marketing strategy and execution.
• Conduct audits of website content for accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Develop and refine communication materials for internal and external audiences.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in content creation and editorial work.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Experience in health education content creation.
• Advanced proficiency in Mailchimp and email campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Proficiency with Drupal (or similar CMS) and Google Analytics.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Commitment to health equity and the mission of Power to Decide.

• Salary range is $93,500 - $106,500.
