Overview

As a Bilingual Case Manager RN at CVS Health, you will be responsible for telephonically assessing and coordinating case management activities to enhance the wellness of members through a holistic approach.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 3+ years of clinical practice experience.
• Current unrestricted RN licensure.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure.
• Associates degree required; BSN preferred.
• Med/Surg, managed care, and case management experience preferred.
