Overview

As a Senior Analyst at CVS Health, you will play a crucial role in defining and documenting client requirements, consulting with clients on benefit plan design, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams.

In Short

• Defining and documenting requirements with clients and account managers.
• Consulting with clients on proposed solutions to meet objectives.
• Researching and analyzing impacts for requirements and errors.
• Building relationships with key client partners.
• Translating client needs to internal CVS Health teams.
• Facilitating internal and external meetings and presentations.
• Collaborating with benefits coding and quality analysis teams.
• Working in a full-time capacity with 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in benefit plan design or related field.
• Preferred 3+ years of benefits coding or operations experience.
• Experience with RxClaim and AS400.
• PBM experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required.
