Requirements

• Experience with benefits programs and platforms like Rippling and ADP.
• Ability to conduct financial analysis on benefits costs.
• Proven integrity in managing sensitive situations.
• Experience in multi-state and Canadian benefits management.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Exposure to international benefits contexts.
