Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience growing and supporting high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML development tools.
• Deep technical expertise in software engineering.
• Strong communication skills across time zones.
• Experience in interpreted languages (e.g., Python) and compiled languages (e.g., Java).
• Must be living in Warsaw, Poland or within commuting distance.
