Benefits Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Benefits Analyst at Coupa, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, globally-aligned benefits programs that enhance the employee experience. You’ll be a key member of the Total Rewards Team, managing operations related to employee benefit programs across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

In Short

• Support new hires and existing employees with benefits enrolment.
• Act as a first point of contact for tier 1 benefits-related queries.
• Create self-service content for benefits and leave programs.
• Support the rollout of enhanced family leave programs.
• Collaborate with HR Ops to identify process gaps.
• Validate and reconcile benefits data with Payroll.
• Audit programs for compliance with regulations.
• Manage benefit invoice processing and reconciliations.
• Work with benefit brokers/vendors for offboarding processes.
