Overview

The Benefits Analyst II will provide customer service support to employees regarding benefits, ensure compliance with local laws, and manage benefit processes for Brazil and other locations.

In Short

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in employee benefits.
  • Manage Brazil employee benefit programs ensuring compliance.
  • Work with various stakeholders in the Americas for benefit administration.
  • Support the Global Benefits Director and collaborate with global teams.
  • Handle benefit administration tasks including invoice processing and employee inquiries.
  • Champion Global Wellbeing initiatives.
  • Utilize Workday and ServiceNow for benefit management.
  • Engage in continuous learning about international benefits.
  • Maintain and update knowledge articles for internal resources.
  • Promote wellbeing resources and support other team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazil's benefits landscape.
  • Interest in learning about U.S., Canada, and India benefits.
  • Experience with Workday and ServiceNow.
  • Advanced business English proficiency.
  • 100% remote position.
