Benefit Analyst - Remote

Overview

The primary responsibility of the Benefit Analyst is to facilitate the transition of human capital and benefits data into the benefits administration solutions for client implementations.

In Short

• Assist with transition of data from legacy platform.
• Design site applications for clients utilizing analysis of client specific HR and benefit plan data.
• Create, test, and implement HR and benefits administration solution for clients.
• Provide close communication with clients to clarify data format requirements.
• Modify and update Benefit Administration system for clients’ online benefit open enrollments.
• Provide ongoing telephone and online support to the client.
• Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to train, instruct and educate clients on the benefit administration solution’s functionality and capabilities.
• Use project management skills to manage implementations and annual plan renewals.
• Respond in a timely fashion to the client requests and concerns related to the system’s business applications.
• Work closely with BAS team colleagues on client-specific initiatives that involve data translation or integration development.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working with HR-related information systems and/or online self-service benefit enrollment systems.
• Knowledge of benefit administration systems and EDI experience preferred, specifically bswift Feedbuilder and 834 files.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, working knowledge of MS Office products.
• ACA administration experience a plus.
• Attention to detail; excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
• A degree in a related field and/or industry certification is desirable.
