Consultant, Compensation/Human Resources - Remote

Overview

As a Consultant in Compensation/Human Resources, you will work with public sector clients to optimize their reward strategy and compensation programs.

In Short

• Perform market sector and financial research.
• Draft job and role documentation and career progression systems.
• Analyze and evaluate jobs and assign to classifications.
• Source research materials and compensation surveys.
• Develop cash compensation market rates – market benchmarking.
• Model various types of base pay programs and pay structures.
• Draft exhibits and reports for client delivery.
• Participate in client delivery meetings as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, public administration, business or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in human resources, classification, and/or compensation.
• Ability to manage tasks and work independently.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
• Strong communication skills for team-based projects.
