CampusWorks is looking for Human Resources/Payroll Consultants to assist our higher education clients in strengthening their human resources operations.

In Short

• Consulting engagements may be remote or onsite.
• Roles can include serving as an interim CHRO/Director or Interim Head of HR.
• Lead Business Process Review projects.
• Optimize HRIS systems.
• Expertise in the employment lifecycle processes.
• Full-time or contract consultant (1099) opportunities available.
• Collaborate with clients’ functional and technical teams.
• Evaluate current processes and design future-state optimal processes.
• Architect, develop, test, train, and rollout solutions.
• Delight clients with effective HR solutions.

Requirements

• Expertise in Position Management, Recruitment, and Selection.
• Experience in Hiring, Onboarding, and Faculty Credentialing.
• Knowledge of Faculty Workload and Adjunct Management.
• Understanding of Benefits, Time and Leave Reporting.
• Experience in Performance Management and Payroll.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work remotely or onsite as needed.
• Preference for full-time or contract roles specified in application.
