Human Resources Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Consultant to join our thriving HR Consulting team. This role is a remote position, but it does require up to 25% travel to support a key client. We are seeking candidates based in the west coast, you will be required to work PST hours to support our client. Experience providing HR support in the government contracting industry is highly desirable. We are particularly seeking candidates with a background in an HR Business Partner role, where you have acted as a trusted partner to leadership and employees, with a strong focus on employee relations.

In Short

• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Leverage knowledge of HR best practices to implement effective strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues.
• Lead HR projects including performance management and talent acquisition.
• Oversee payroll processes and benefits administration.
• Manage administrative HR duties based on client size.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of general HR experience.
• Experience in the government contracting industry.
• HR Business Partner experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple businesses is a plus.
• Previous remote work experience required.
