In Short

• Drive the modernization and standardization of HR processes on the latest SAP HR solutions.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design solutions across payroll, talent management, employee experience, and people analytics modules.
• Create solution designs with consideration of deployment options, cross-module and cross-application integrations, architecture, data & reporting, security, and other areas as relevant.
• 7+ years of experience across SAP HR modules.
• 5+ years of experience across SAP timesheet technologies.
• Collaborate with senior clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Hands-on approach to solution building.
• Outcomes driven collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
• Full-time role, contract up to 1-year with up to 3 extensions of 1 year each.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP Human Resources experience.
• Experience with S/4 and ECC implementation.
• Certifications with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM), HCM Payroll, SuccessFactors.
• 5+ years of SAP Canadian payroll experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand high-level and technical needs.
• Prioritize work based on client needs.
• Background check required.
