Part-Time Human Resources Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our thriving HR Consulting team as a Part-Time HR Consultant. This role is a remote position, but it does require up to 25% travel to support a key client. We are seeking candidates based in the west coast, as you will be required to work PST hours to support our west coast clients.

• This is a fully remote position working 20-30 hours per week on a Monday-Friday schedule.

• Key responsibilities include developing HR policies, serving as a client interface, and managing employee relations.
• Qualifications include 7-10 years of general HR experience and HR Business Partner experience.
• Independent work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• A BA/BS in Human Resources or a related field is required.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple businesses is a plus.
• Remote work experience is required.
• Salary range is $25.00-$32.00 per hour.
