Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive part-time HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will be key in managing day-to-day HR tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proactiveness, and the ability to work with diverse teams from various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

In Short

• Assist Recruiting with scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
• Update employee data changes across People tools and coordinate with Payroll.
• Assist with Onboarding/Offboarding processes.
• Support the People Experience Manager during Benefits Open Enrollment.
• Prepare reports and documentation for audits.
• Participate in special People projects as needed.
• 1-2 years of HR experience required.
• Experience with GSuite and HRIS preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with GSuite.
• Experience with HRIS (preferably HiBob or BambooHR).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS, e.g., Greenhouse).
• Preferred experience in PEO and EOR environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
