Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator will be a key member of Anthology’s Global HR Service Delivery Team, ensuring a seamless, high-quality employee experience across the global workforce.

In Short

• Serve as the first HR contact for the global workforce
• Monitor and respond to leave/accommodation requests
• Work closely with the talent acquisition team on hiring
• Support key onboarding tasks and conduct virtual orientation
• Review and process employment changes in HR systems
• Assist with employee departures and checkout procedures
• Provide ad hoc reporting and support for HR program delivery
• Collaborate with the HR team for various tasks
• Ensure compliance and continuous improvement in HR processes
• Engage in employee lifecycle activities across geographies

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English (CEF B2 level)
• High school diploma
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive with attention to detail
• Strong collaboration skills
• Ability to report to the Bogota office as needed
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• High level of confidentiality regarding employee information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Agility in navigating change
