Overview

The Benefits Analyst supports the Benefits Team in North America by providing administrative support on benefit matters, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, and assisting employees with information on benefit programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in benefit administration role.
  • Associates degree in a business-related field.
  • Knowledge of relevant government regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Visual acuity and ability to work at a computer.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and group health benefits.
