In Short

• Fully remote position for a Health Coach Consultant.
• Requires compact state RN license.
• 3+ years of clinical experience needed.
• Experience in Disease Management, Emergency Room, Critical Care, Medical/Surgical Care, Oncology preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Evening shift starting at 5:00 pm and working every other weekend.
• Education: Associate Degree minimum required, Bachelor's preferred.
• Eligible for CVS Health bonus or incentive programs.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted RN compact state licensure.
• 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses upon hire.
• Managed Care and coaching experience preferred.
• Telephone triage nursing experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
