Overview

This role enables greater alignment between The Pokémon Company International and The Pokémon Company in Japan to support the marketing function.

In Short

• Support key strategic company initiatives across various business pillars.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders within The Pokémon Company International offices and those in The Pokémon Company in Japan.
• Drive project progress and ensure all teams are informed and tasks are executed on time.
• Coordinate with the Tokyo office for globally aligned marketing activities.
• Research, analyze, report, and present on key business metrics and industry trends.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual with strong communication proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Experience in multinational corporations.
• Strong project coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.
