In Short

  • Seeking a multilingual Marketing Manager (English, German, French).
  • 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience required.
  • Energetic self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Creativity, initiative, and adaptability are essential.
  • Ability to travel 30-40% of the time (seasonally).
  • Plan and execute regional events and field marketing campaigns.
  • Create and manage social media content tailored to the European market.
  • Work closely with sales teams to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Collect and develop customer references, quotes, and testimonials.
  • Collaborate with clients to amplify marketing results.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Fluency in English, German, and French.
  • Strong event planning and execution skills.
  • Experience in social media strategy and content creation.
  • Ability to analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for events and customer engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
