Technical Lead - Remote

Overview

We are currently looking for a skilled Technical Lead to become a member of our dynamic team and work closely with one of our inspiring US clients. Our client is modernizing the real estate world’s way of transferring information and funds to eliminate wire fraud and provide a secure, easy-to-use platform for title companies, law firms, and other financial services to protect themselves and their clients from wire fraud.

In Short

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 4+ years in a leadership role
• Strong experience with Python, Vue, PHP, and AWS
• Experience working in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
• Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Experience in the PropTech, FinTech, or marketplace domain (Nice to have)
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers
• Drive engineering projects from concept to delivery, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and GTM to plan, prioritize, and execute on our roadmap
