Overview

As a Training Delivery Executive at Zepz, you will deliver and evaluate training programs to support the development of Customer Care and operations teams, ensuring employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.

In Short

  • Conduct engaging training sessions for new hires and upskilling programs.
  • Design and implement training programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop customized training.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify learning intervention areas.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and develop innovative solutions.
  • Support employee development through coaching and feedback.
  • Record training interventions on the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Stay informed about the latest training tools and enhance training skills.
  • Ensure training programs comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and collaborate on special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in Customer Care or 3 years as a training facilitator.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong interest in leadership and motivational skills.
  • Skilled at training facilitation and/or public speaking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with the GROW and ADDIE training models.
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • Open to feedback and adaptable to change.
  • Customer-focused and aligned with company values.
  • Experience with Workday LMS is a plus.
