• Design and deliver impactful training programs for Client Services, Delivery, and Quality Engineering processes.
• Equip Delivery team members, stakeholders, and freelancers with necessary knowledge and skills.
• Focus on onboarding new team members and rolling out new processes.
• Ensure training programs are clear, practical, and effective.
• Combine Quality Engineering expertise with a passion for training.
• Facilitate live training sessions and manage Learning Management Systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs.
• Track training progress and support successful completion.
• Promote continuous learning and improvement.
• Design evaluation tools to measure learning effectiveness.

Requirements

• Demonstrated Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering expertise.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering effective adult training programs.
• Skilled in designing knowledge retention strategies.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, self-motivated problem solver.
• Strong collaboration skills.
