• Design and deliver impactful training programs for Client Services, Delivery, and Quality Engineering processes.
• Equip Delivery team members, stakeholders, and freelancers with necessary knowledge and skills.
• Focus on onboarding new team members and rolling out new processes.
• Ensure training programs are clear, practical, and effective.
• Combine Quality Engineering expertise with a passion for training.
• Facilitate live training sessions and manage Learning Management Systems.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Quality Engineering, Client Services, and training.
• Strong background in Quality Assurance and Professional Client Services.
• Proven history of designing and delivering training programs for adult learners.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, self-motivated problem solver.
• Ability to understand new processes quickly.
• Strong collaboration skills.
