Overview

As a Product Manager for our Back Office Platform & Internal Tools, you will lead the strategy and execution for critical internal systems that empower our Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Service teams.

In Short

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap for back-office platforms.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand their challenges.
  • Translate complex business problems into actionable product requirements.
  • Own the backlogs and feature prioritization for engineering teams.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure internal tools support regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and program management teams.
  • Monitor performance and impact of internal tools.
  • Drive modernization initiatives for legacy systems.
  • Provide and maintain detailed product documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, focusing on internal tools.
  • Understanding of back-office operations in fintech or regulated environments.
  • Ability to gather and refine technical requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and curiosity for data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in managing priorities for engineering teams.
  • Self-starter mentality with a bias for action.
  • Comfortable working asynchronously in a remote environment.
