We’re looking for a Strategic Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects across Finance, Consulting, Receivables Recovery, Ads, Technology, and Operations. This role involves managing projects from start to finish, enforcing processes, optimizing workflows, and overseeing tech implementations — with the potential to grow into a COO role.

In Short

• Lead cross-functional projects from concept to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines while tracking expenses.
• Coordinate with external vendors to deliver projects efficiently.
• Ensure teams follow through on initiatives and process improvements.
• Monitor implementation consistency across all departments.
• Lead process improvements in finance, invoicing, and productivity.
• Develop resourcing strategies for various teams.
• Oversee the development and rollout of internal efficiency tools.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Ensure secure system permissions and data management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of finance and operational processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Notion).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of automation and process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with external vendors.
