Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing for IT or developer audiences.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with documentation libraries in IT context preferred.
• Knowledge of AI is a plus.
• Certifications in Technical Writing or equivalent experience required.
• Preferred knowledge in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum).
