• Concept and design dynamic brand & product campaigns and marketing materials
• Develop animations, motion graphics, illustrations and branded imagery
• Collaborate with marketing to align objectives with deliverables
• Maintain brand guidelines and visual identity
• Oversee multiple brand design projects simultaneously
• Proactively communicate project updates
• Give and solicit creative feedback
• Leverage AI and performance data in designs

Requirements

• 4+ years in brand design with a strong portfolio
• Experience in-house at a tech company or agency
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects
• Ability to think in systems and templatize work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational skills and manage multiple deadlines
• Familiar with Asana, Slack, and Airtable (bonus)
• Excited by Webflow’s mission and stay curious
