Senior Creative Designer - Remote

Overview

Skin + Me is a mission driven start-up with seriously big skin goals. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Designer to join our Creative & Brand Team in London. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our London Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.

In Short

• Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring brand autonomy and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver effective marketing campaigns.
• Support the Creative Lead to incorporate AI integrations for efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure best practices.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging content.
• Design print-ready artwork and support brand photoshoots.
• Commission and brief external contractors for fresh content.
• Act as a brand guardian ensuring quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Proficient in graphic design tools, especially Adobe Suite.
• Adept at managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solver with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to combine creative and data-driven approaches.
• Experience in a studio environment producing content.
• Natural leader and confident communicator.
• Comfortable with responsibility in creative and project management.
