Paid Media Lead - Remote

Overview

Skin + Me is a mission driven start-up with seriously big skin goals. We’re looking for an experienced Paid Media Lead to join our Growth Team at Skin + Me. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.

In Short

• Lead and manage paid search (PPC) and paid social activity.
• Own strategy for channels like Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Track and manage the paid media marketing budget.
• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Manager and senior stakeholders.
• Manage a Paid Media Executive and oversee their workload.
• Communicate results and channel reporting effectively.
• Implement a Test & Learn approach for creative briefs.
• Develop a plan to scale opportunities across online channels.
• Work closely with marketing and other teams to align with plans.
• Contribute to achieving KPIs and ambitious growth targets.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Outstanding knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
• Confident using advanced Excel techniques.
• Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven organization.
• Experience in people management is desirable.
• Commercially-minded with an inquisitive nature.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams.
• Proven track record in driving growth through digital channels.
• Experience working with design and copywriting teams.
• Positive, energetic, and ambitious mindset.
