Talent Coordinator - Remote

Overview

As a Talent Coordinator at Skin + Me, you will play a key role in shaping the candidate journey and supporting our growing teams. You’ll work closely with the hiring managers to coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, efficient and positive experience for every applicant.

In Short

• Review applications and CVs, identifying and shortlisting exceptional candidates for open positions.
• Organise, schedule, and conduct phone interviews with candidates across all departments.
• Partner with hiring managers for interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity.
• Support employer branding initiatives and draft candidate-facing content.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
• Collaborate on onboarding activities for new hires.
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes.
• Represent Skin + Me values to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

Requirements

• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is a plus.
• Prior experience in recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
