In Short

  • Partner with hiring managers to support full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and mid-level roles
  • Post jobs, manage ATS updates, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate candidate communications and ensure a high-quality candidate experience
  • Conduct initial phone screens and track candidate progress
  • Help build diverse candidate pipelines through sourcing and outreach
  • Manage Pre-boarding logistics and ensure new hires are accurately set up
  • Lead and deliver engaging orientation sessions
  • Support employee engagement programs and recognition efforts
  • Plan and execute team events and cultural celebrations
  • Possess a deep understanding of K-12 buying personas and tailor communication styles

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR/People Ops, or a related function
  • Enthusiastic about recruiting and eager to keep learning and growing in the field
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally
  • A proactive, people-first mindset with a passion for inclusivity
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (especially Greenhouse) is a plus
