Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated and highly organized Talent Management Coordinator to support our talent management team. This position is critical to managing daily operations of a talent management department, including influencer campaign management, invoicing, and communication with brand clients and creators.

In Short

• Support up to three Talent Managers in managing and overseeing influencer campaigns.
• Maintain professional communication between brand clients and creators.
• Handle invoicing and coordinate with the accounting team.
• Support various daily tasks assigned by Talent Managers.
• Participate in client calls for insights and learning.
• Manage campaigns through our CRM, Salesforce.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a related industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of social media trends and influencer dynamics.
