In Short

• Support up to three Talent Managers in managing and overseeing influencer campaigns from start to finish.
• Maintain professional and prompt communication between brand clients and creators.
• Handle invoicing and ensure payments are received by coordinating with our accounting team.
• Support on various daily tasks assigned by Talent Managers.
• Participate in client calls to learn and gain insights.
• Manage campaigns through our CRM, Salesforce, ensuring all contracts and payment details are captured.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in an internship or full-time role within a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A passionate follower of the creator economy with an understanding of social media trends.
• Must be Los Angeles based and able to come into our Santa Monica office 3x a week.
