We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sr. Creative Designer who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. You will be working with an exciting startup organization of eager and young professionals who are hungry for growth and opportunities!

• Act as the subject matter expert in design ideas and execution.
• Strong visual eye and ability to apply brand guidelines.
• Hands-on designer responsible for new design ideas.
• Design graphics for social media ads and presentations.
• Understand social media platforms and design accordingly.
• Use tools like Hypefury and Typefully for scheduling posts.
• Video/podcast editing and design.
• Create visually appealing internal documents and presentations.
• Edit existing creative assets.
• Provide feedback on design styles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with U.S.-based clients.
• Experience in social media posting.
• 1+ year of admin-type work experience.
• Detail-oriented with proofreading skills.
• Well-organized with project management skills.
• Comfortable providing design recommendations.
• Ability to meet with clients regularly.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability.
• Ability to work in CST.
