Requirements

• 3+ years as a Creative Director, Creative Lead, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, visual communication, or related field.
• Proven experience crafting high-converting ad creatives.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Sharp aesthetic sense and strong attention to detail.
• Strong grasp of DTC principles.
• 1+ year in an e-commerce or direct response marketing environment (nice-to-have).
• Experience with consumer research and creative insights (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Figma, or Canva (nice-to-have).
