Join GrowthAssistant and help our clients create ad campaigns that don’t just look good — they perform. We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who lives at the intersection of data and storytelling — someone who can turn insights into inspiration and trends into creative direction.

In Short

• Support client onboarding by gathering brand assets and analyzing reviews.
• Source top-performing ads and identify what makes them click-worthy.
• Compile Voice of Customer insights from various platforms.
• Label and organize creative trends and ad angles.
• Keep ad inspiration decks organized in ClickUp or Sheets.
• Analyze performance data and highlight key insights.
• Build daily content sprint decks and weekly performance summaries.
• Have 2–4+ years of experience in marketing research or creative strategy.
• Know how to use Foreplay, Kalodata, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Stay ahead of trends in DTC, TikTok, and paid social.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in marketing research, creative strategy, or paid social analytics.
• Familiarity with Foreplay, Kalodata, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong pattern recognition skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Familiarity with US DTC brands and ad performance metrics is a bonus.
