Overview

GrowthAssistant is looking for creative and experienced Multimedia Designers! This role revolves around creating visually appealing and effective designs to complement various written materials across different platforms, mostly Meta and TikTok.

In Short

• Design visually engaging and brand-consistent assets for client web pages.
• Enhance and repurpose existing creative for desktop and mobile web experiences.
• Collaborate closely with in-house marketing for campaign support.
• Create compelling visuals for landing pages and ad sets.
• Package content to align with evolving brand standards.
• Edit and optimize short-form video content for Meta and TikTok ads.
• Repurpose footage into high-performing paid ads.
• Add text overlays and motion graphics tailored to social platforms.
• Analyze creative structure and performance to enhance engagement.
• Maintain a fast-paced editing cadence with autonomy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on graphic design and video editing experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Portfolio demonstrating experience with performance marketing content.
• Strong understanding of social-first editing principles.
• Comfort with minimal direction and confidence in editorial decisions.
• Amenable to work graveyard shift (US time zone).
• Previous graveyard shift experience preferred.
