Performance Marketing Specialist – Search - Remote

Overview

GrowthAssistant is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist – Search to manage, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns for U.S.-based clients. This full-time, remote role is ideal for experienced Filipino digital marketers with strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and search engine marketing strategies.

In Short

• Launch, manage, and optimize Google and Bing Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax, Video).
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO/SEM best practices.
• Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, CVR) and report insights to clients.
• Build and maintain campaign dashboards and reports in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to collect ad assets and copy.
• Execute A/B tests for ads, audiences, and creatives.
• Track budget pacing and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
• Conduct competitor research to inform campaign strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax, Video).
• Experience managing Bing Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency in SEMRush, keyword research, and campaign optimization tools.
• Strong knowledge of paid search KPIs: ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, CVR, and Quality Score.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, formulas, graphs).
• Basic familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4 strongly preferred).
• Proven experience managing multiple clients or campaigns (agency experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills and comfort working with U.S.-based clients.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours (EST/PST).
