Performance Marketing Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Performance Marketing Specialist will support all aspects of media management and optimization on assigned accounts, working closely with internal teams and clients to enhance marketing practices through data-driven strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of agency/in-house performance media experience.
• Experience in primary digital advertising consoles (Google Ads, Meta).
• Strong understanding of paid search and paid social.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Familiarity with tagging platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRO and/or SEO is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills for reporting and insights.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
