The CRO Manager will analyze and optimize website performance through data-driven strategies to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in CRO or a similar role.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience with experimentation tools like Optimizely.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a track record for accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Email CRO and testing experience is a plus.
