CRO Manager - Remote

Overview

WinTech is seeking a detail-oriented Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to drive significant funnel performance improvements. This role focuses exclusively on funnel optimization with a clear KPI of 20% quarterly conversion growth through meticulous A/B testing and implementation.

• Conduct thorough funnel analysis to identify conversion bottlenecks.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of CRO experience in subscription-based products.
• Proven track record of improving conversion rates.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
• Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO).
• Strong UI/UX understanding and attention to detail.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
