Overview

As a Product Owner at Ruby Labs, you will own the full product lifecycle for our agreement generation funnel, focusing on strategy, execution, and iteration to enhance customer experience and product performance.

• Own the full product lifecycle for the agreement generation funnel.
• Define and maintain the roadmap and backlog in collaboration with the Product Lead.
• Translate business goals and user research into actionable tickets.
• Monitor funnel performance and prioritize improvements.
• Work with legal content teams to ensure accurate templates.
• Collaborate with Growth and UX teams to enhance user experience.
• Drive expansion of the template library based on demand.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams daily.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Proven experience owning a product funnel end-to-end.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with funnel data.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and growth experimentation.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, lean team environment.
• Understanding of CMS-based content management systems.
• Knowledge of document workflows and templated content systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve efficiency.
