• Building modular content blocks and conditional logic in our CMS.
• Working closely with Product, Engineering, and legal content teams.
• Maintaining a clean, well-organized library of forms and templates.
• Using AI tools to accelerate content preparation and operations.
• Ensuring forms render correctly across devices.
• Auditing existing forms for quality and consistency.
• Collaborating with the legal content team for accuracy.
• Prioritizing new forms based on market demand.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in content operations or similar roles.
• Strong experience with CMS platforms, preferably Payload.
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Acrobat for PDF forms.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Proactive and resourceful attitude.
• Familiarity with AI tools for efficiency.
