In Short

• Support technology-enabled legal operations.
• Manage legal operations systems including Conga Contracts and DocuSign.
• Handle user training and troubleshooting.
• Oversee corporate compliance matters and filings.
• Conduct training sessions using various methods.
• Draft and coordinate Secretary of State corporate filings.
• Execute user onboarding for legal operations systems.
• Provide timely user support via Slack.
• Analyze and resolve problems efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years relevant experience with Conga Contracts for Salesforce CLM.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills with team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%).
