  • Organized and results-driven Temporary Account Manager.
  • Deepen relationships with higher education libraries and community colleges.
  • Grow revenue and participation in new products and services.
  • Proactive problem solver with strong presentation skills.
  • Serve the needs of assigned accounts and build relationships.
  • Communicate JSTOR’s strategic direction effectively.
  • 25% travel required to visit libraries and attend events.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of ITHAKA products and services.
  • Manage license agreement negotiations and account usage data.
  • Track conversations and pipeline in ITHAKA’s CRM.

Requirements

  • BA/BS preferred; MBA/MLS or advanced degree a plus.
  • At least two years of experience in sales or relationship-building.
  • Aptitude for relationship building and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional communication skills in email, verbal, and written forms.
  • Knowledge of current academic library trends.
  • Experience managing a pipeline in a modern CRM solution.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; intermediate Excel skills preferred.
  • High adaptability in a changing environment.
  • Original thinker adept at problem-solving.
